  • To start with the installation of it the first thing you have to do is insert the installation CD/DVD of the equipment. If you don’t have this, you can download the software via the internet from Epson’s official website.
  • You must connect the Epson equipment to the power supply, but that is not connected to the computer via USB.
  • The next step is to insert the CD and start with the installation of the software, . To do this you just have to follow all the instructions on the screen.
  • Select your preferred language and click on “Continue”.
  • You have to accept the software license agreement in order to continue with the “Software installation”.
  • And then you have to click on “Install”.

  • The first thing we have to do is turn on the printer.

  • Now the “Wi-Fi” button will be switched on by holding it down for several seconds until the button light comes on.
  • You have to make sure that the button starts to blink , once this is the case you have to go to the access point and press on the WPS button , this should be done quickly for no more than a minute.

  • Note that the light on the Wi-FI button will continue to flash while searching for power. The Wi-Fi will start flashing when it connects to the wireless network access point .
  • Once the printer has connected to the wireless network, the Wi-Fi button will stop flashing and will remain on permanently.

Once all this is done, we can determine if the configuration has been done correctly. To do this we can print the values of the print network . For this we will do the following:

    • The printer must be on .
  • Now enter a A4 size sheet.
  • Then you press the button “Resume” or “Cancel” until the button light flashes at least 15 times.
  • Once the button is released the printer will start printing.

Brother is currently considered one of the best brands of printers on the market. It is characterized by its excellent performance and quality. Most of its equipment has a wireless connection which allows its users to get all the performance possible from this equipment. To be able to set up and connect these machines with a Wi-Fi wireless network you must follow these steps:

  • The first thing you will do is s connect the machine to the power outlet or point of electricity . Once you have connected it, bear in mind that it must not be connected to the computer by the USB cable.
  • Now you’re going to turn on your computer.
  • You will then insert the CD-DVD into your CPU drive to begin installing the Brother computer software.

  • Now you will see the main menu of the CD-DVD. On the screen you will see the option “User Account Control” you click on “Allow” and then on “Yes”.

  • Then you select “Wireless Network Connection” and then “Next” or “Next”.

  • You will now have two options, you will choose “Brother Peer to Peer Network Printer” and then “Next” .

  • Now you will get a new window on your screen, you will get two options where you will choose “Change the Firewall port settings to enable network connection and continue with the installation” and to finish you will click on “Next” .

  • A new list will appear, your Brother printer peripheral should appear there. Then click on “Next”. Follow the instructions to install the printer driver for your network connection.
  • Once this has been done, the configuration of the Brother machine will be complete.
