  • We will verify the address of the IPv4 version by checking that it is “192.168.1.x” , where the “x” represents the number of the node in the network. If we find a number that doesn’t start with the first three, the router is probably not designating a correct IP address.

  • Select “Configuration”
  • We chose “Network adapter properties”
  • Then we selected “Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IP)”
